1. What are credits and how to get them?
Credits are the standard billing unit of Tapvico. When you use AI to generate images, copy, or edit images, the system automatically deducts the corresponding credits based on the feature used. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You can get credits through:
• Subscription & Recharge
- Subscription: Get monthly credits based on your plan (distributed monthly), credits never expire.
How: Hover avatar → Click [Subscribe] → Choose plan & pay
- Credit packs: Get a one-time credit pack, credits never expire.
How: Hover avatar → Click [Buy Credits] → Choose pack & pay
- Subscription: Get monthly credits based on your plan (distributed monthly), credits never expire.
• Activities
- Sign-up bonus: New users get 50 credits on sign-up
- Daily check-in: Check in daily (resets at UTC 00:00). Free users get 5 credits, subscribers get 15-30 credits (scales with plan tier), credits never expire
Credit rules and policies may be adjusted based on operations. Tapvico reserves the right to final interpretation within legal limits.
2. How are credits charged?

3. In what order are credits deducted?
All credits (subscription, recharge, check-in) are pooled into your account balance. Credits are deducted from your total balance and never expire.
4. What happens when I switch plans?
Tapvico offers flexible monthly and annual plans (Creator / Business / Team), each including monthly credits for image generation, copywriting, and image editing.
(1) Upgrading
- • Remaining unused credits are preserved (validity unchanged)
- • New plan starts from payment date, benefits activate immediately
(2) Downgrading
- • Current cycle credits and benefits remain until the period ends
- • Next cycle automatically switches to the new plan
5. About auto-renewal and cancellation?

6. How to request a refund?
If you have not used any credits or features since your last payment, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
If generation fails due to system issues, credits will be automatically refunded.
To request a refund, email your account and reason to: [email protected]
After approval, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Are credits refunded for failed generations?
Yes. If generation fails due to server errors, model timeouts, or other system issues, the deducted credits will be automatically refunded to your account. You can view refund records in Balance → Credit History.
